Mike spent 25 years in corporate strategy and financial planning, working with organizations like Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, Slalom Consulting, and The Home Depot. He built Schoolhouse HQ because he saw an industry full of smart leaders making high-stakes decisions without the benchmarking data that every other sector takes for granted. The analytical engine behind Schoolhouse HQ — market modeling, tuition intelligence, financial health scoring — is Mike's design, built on the same FP&A rigor he brought to billion-dollar corporate strategy.

Ashley has served as a Head of School and held leadership roles across independent school operations for over 20 years. She comes from a family of school founders and understands firsthand the challenges school leaders navigate — from enrollment strategy and board governance to the daily weight of running a mission-driven organization on thin margins. Ashley ensures that every Schoolhouse HQ assessment answers the questions school leaders are actually asking, not just the ones that are easy to quantify.
